Kaileigh Krysztofiak is a lighting designer, arts manager, and creative leader specializing in immersive public art, performance, and cultural experiences. They are the founding General Manager of Lights On Stratford and manage North American partnerships for Sydney based design studio, Amigo & Amigo, helping bring internationally acclaimed public art installations to communities across the continent. Kaileigh also teaches at the National Theatre School of Canada. A queer, disabled artist, living with Multiple Sclerosis, they are passionate about creating accessible, meaningful experiences that connect people through light, storytelling, and public space.
