The Proud Community Project Workshop is a locally grounded, facilitated learning series designed to support individuals and organizations across Perth and Huron County to strengthen their 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion.
Developed through extensive community consultation - including surveys and listening sessions with 2SLGBTQIA+ residence and allies - the program reflects regional realities and community identified priorities.
The Proud Community Project began as a partnership with Stratford Perth Pride, with support from WAGE.
Together, we wanted to:
