Sarah is passionate about creating safe inclusive spaces for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. As a queer woman, born and raised Catholic in a small town, she understands the challenges that come along from growing up queer in rural Ontario and she had always wished there were more visible supports for queer people within her community.

At the University of Guelph she lead a team at the Wellness Centre focused on educating students about sexuality and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. For the past 2 years she has been an organizer and the volunteer coordinator for the Stratford-Perth Pride Festival. In her career she is focused on accessible holistic health care for queer folks in the form of Chiropractic Care.

She strives to increase visibility of the community and create an environment of safety and belonging through her continued work at Stratford-Perth Pride.
