Like the Danish Menneskebiblioteket or Human Library, we have folks with a variety of lived 2SLGBTQIA+ experience that will deliver engaging presentations including 2SLGBTQIA+ 101, creating a cultural of 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, why pronouns matter, social justice and why representation is so important. Whether your group is small and intimate or large and sweeping, these sessions provide valuable insights, foster understanding, and spark thoughtful conversations. A donation to the SPCC commensurate to time and effort is appreciated for this service.
2. Tailored Workshops
We understand that every audience and organization is unique. Our consulting services offer custom workshops and seminars to address an organization’s specific needs. Whether you're looking to create a more inclusive workplace, promote LGBTQ+ acceptance, or improve your community's social fabric, we help you to navigate those courageous conversations. A donation to the SPCC commensurate to time and effort is appreciated for this service.
3. Strategic DEI Mapping
Our team members can be invited to focus on one area of your organization or evaluate it holistically to assessing its diversity, equity and inclusion. We take a consultative approach and work closely with the people of an organization to map the topography and offer meaningful, sustainable strategies that forge a culture of richness of diversity.
